Sometimes you may require a short-term accommodation option for respite, when your usual caring supports aren’t available or when you need to be away from your usual accommodation to participate in new activities such as a holiday.
Short-term Accommodation is designed to give you and your informal supports a well-earned break, change of scenery and routine.
Eskleigh can provide a range of short-term accommodation options for up to 14 days at a time in both shared and private accommodation.
Participants can choose from Esk Banks, a purpose-built facility located at Eskleigh’s Perth head quarters or we can assist in arranging short-term stays at suitable accommodation right across the state.
Accommodation can be offered in conjunction with Eskleigh’s extensive range of services and supports, including its Community Access Program and therefore suitable for participants with needs for a wide range of supports.
All services are provided by our qualified Support Workers and Nurses who offer friendly and professional support and have the necessary skills to ensure you remain safe, connected and happy during your stay.
Your STA plan will include meals, accommodation, social activities, administration of medication, personal care and specialised around the clock support staff.
