Christmas BBQ sausage making

Get ready to roll out the grill as there was some serious sausage making magic happening at Eskleigh Home. Patrick, one of our resident’s, together with support workers Tess, Kendra, Dipip, Nabin, Andrew, Jodie teamed up to tackle the whopping 10 kilos of pork and lamb from Swift Meats.  With all the finesse of gourmet chefs, they squeezed the meat into the sausage castings like pros. These tasty sausages will be sizzling at our Family Christmas BBQ on18 December. So mark your calendars, bring your appetite, and get ready for some deliciously good times.
