All units are nearly finished with the external painting, and only five more units need their internal painting completed. We are currently boxing the driveways, and part of the driveway outside units 6 and 7 has been poured with concrete and looks great. The boxing for the air conditioner pads for all units is finished and ready for concrete. The BBQ area has been leveled and marked out, so construction can begin soon. NBN has been connected to all units, preparing for JTC to come from Adelaide to complete the Assistive Technology work. All data racks and UPS systems are installed and working well. We have also started marking out the front fence.

We are excited to announce that the official opening will take place on the morning of April 10th. Everything is still on track for residents to move in starting April 14th.
